京都の金閣寺に従事した庭師が手がけた池泉廻遊式庭園で、日本三大五葉松の「吾妻五葉松」などが植栽されている。春の薄紅しだれ桜に始まり、初夏のアヤメや菖蒲、秋の紅葉など季節の移り変わりを肌で感じられる。

This pond garden was created by a gardener who worked on the Kinkakuji Temple in Kyoto, and is planted with Azuma Goyomatsu, one of the three largest Goyomatsu in Japan, as well as other trees. Visitors can experience the changing of the seasons firsthand through the light red weeping cherry blossoms in spring, then the irises and sweet flag in early summer, and the autumn leaves in fall.
